Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes are made with a flour blend of Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Bran and Xanthan Gum. Vegan cupcakes are made without the use of eggs and diary. 

We are not an allergen free baking environment.
